1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using AI → Fast Trade Calculator for Crypto, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Trading & Regulatory Disclaimer.
2. Software License
The product is licensed, not sold, for the purchased plan and access period. The license may be subject to activation, machine binding, usage limits and other conditions displayed at purchase or provided with the license.
Customer must not: reverse engineer the software; circumvent licensing or machine restrictions; redistribute or resell the software; share license credentials; attempt to bypass usage limits; use the software to provide unauthorized financial services; use it for unlawful activity; interfere with ai-tradelogic.com's systems; use automated methods to abuse the service.
Software features, supported services, AI providers and license terms may change over time. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
3. Age / Legal Capacity Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Software.
You may not use the Software where its use or purchase would violate applicable law or regulation.
4. No Guarantee of Trading Results
ai-tradelogic.com makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding any trading result, return, profit, loss, accuracy of market direction, accuracy of Entry, SL or TP levels, probability estimate, signal quality or future performance resulting from use of the Software.
Past performance, historical market behavior, backtesting, technical output, statistical calculations, probability estimates or confidence measures do not guarantee future results.
Cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, derivatives, leveraged products and other financial markets can involve substantial or complete loss of capital. The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether and how to participate in any such market.
5. No Brokerage, Custody or Trade Execution; No Personalized Investment Advice
The Software is a self-service analytical and trade-planning tool. ai-tradelogic.com does not accept or hold customer funds or digital assets, provide custody, execute or transmit trades, manage customer portfolios, or access customer brokerage or exchange accounts.
The Software is not designed to assess the Customer's personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, portfolio, financial capacity or ability to bear losses, and ai-tradelogic.com does not undertake to determine whether any transaction is suitable for a particular Customer.
The Software generates computer-assisted technical output, calculations, scenarios and other information based on information supplied or selected by the Customer.
The Customer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to enter, avoid, modify, hold or exit any trade, as well as the timing, size and risk of any transaction.
Nothing in the Software or these Terms is intended to create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, dealer, portfolio-management or agency relationship between ai-tradelogic.com and the Customer,
6. Customer Responsibility, Market Data and Customer-Supplied Information
All financial, investment and trading decisions are made independently by the customer and at the customer's own risk. The customer is responsible for independently evaluating the output and complying with applicable laws and rules of the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction in which the Customer is located or operates. The Customer is responsible for any consequences arising from the Customer's unlawful use of the Software or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature, the Software does not constitute a market-data, exchange, brokerage or execution service.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that charts, screenshots, prices, symbols, timeframes and other information supplied to the Software are accurate, current and appropriate for the requested technical output.
7. Geographic Availability and Compliance
The Software may not be available or offered in every jurisdiction. The Customer is responsible for determining whether purchasing, accessing or using the Software is lawful in the jurisdiction in which the Customer is located.
ai-tradelogic.com may restrict, suspend or decline sales or access in particular jurisdictions where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions, payment restrictions or other legal considerations.
8. Third-Party Services
The Software may interact with or depend upon third-party services, technologies, infrastructure, artificial-intelligence providers, payment processors, hosting providers, data providers or other third-party systems.
The availability, performance, accuracy, pricing, policies and functionality of such third-party services are outside ai-tradelogic.com's control and may change without notice.
ai-tradelogic.com does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation of any third-party service.
9. Customer Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising directly from the Customer's unlawful use of the Software, unauthorized redistribution or misuse of the Software, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Software in violation of applicable law.
10. Payment, Verification and Delivery
Customers select a plan, accept the required legal terms and complete payment using the payment method made available by ai-tradelogic.com. For Razorpay payments, the payment is verified by the website's payment backend before the order is treated as successfully paid. After successful verification, the Customer may receive access to a secure, time-limited download link for the Software. License activation details or a License Key may be provided separately according to the applicable plan and licensing process. Customers should use the official support contact published on this website if they need assistance with an order or license.
11. No Remote Access
We do not remotely help install our software through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar remote-access software. We do not use such software to monitor customers or operate their computers. We do not remotely control customer devices.
12. Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
Fees, plan duration, usage limits and refund eligibility are displayed at the time of purchase and form part of the applicable order.
Payments are non-refundable after the Software or license credentials have been delivered or the Customer has commenced use of the licensed service.
13. Credentials and Sensitive Secrets
ai-tradelogic.com does not require broker passwords, exchange passwords, OTPs, private keys, wallet seed phrases or similar secrets for ordinary purchase, installation or activation. Customers should not send such information to support personnel.
14. AI-Generated Output and Technical Technical output
The Software may use artificial intelligence, machine-learning models, algorithms, formulas, statistical methods and other computational techniques to generate Technical output and calculations.
Outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, misinterpretations, stale information, incorrect calculations or other inaccuracies. Outputs may also be affected by the quality, resolution, completeness and timing of the chart or information supplied by the Customer.
Any Entry Zone, Stop-Loss (SL), Take-Profit (TP), risk level, confidence measure, market scenario, probability estimate or other numerical or analytical output is an analytical calculation or scenario only and is not a guarantee that any price level will be reached or that any trade will be profitable.
Historical patterns, technical indicators, calculated levels, confidence scores and other analytical outputs do not guarantee future results.
The Customer must independently verify all information before taking any action.
15. No Personalized Financial Assessment
The Software is not intended to determine whether a particular transaction is suitable for a Customer based on the Customer's personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, financial capacity, portfolio, net worth, risk tolerance or other individual circumstances.
Customers should not provide such information to the Software for the purpose of obtaining a personalized investment recommendation.
ai-tradelogic.com does not undertake to recommend that any particular transaction or asset is suitable for any particular Customer.
16. Intellectual Property
The software, branding, design, code, documentation and related materials remain the property of ai-tradelogic.com or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ai-tradelogic.com shall not be liable for financial loss, trading loss, investment loss, loss of capital, loss of profit, opportunity cost, loss of data or other loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the software or its output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
