For licensing, activation, security and service operation, the software may communicate information such as a Machine ID or device identifier, IP address, license status, license activation/validation information, Technical output requests, uploaded charts, Gemini or other AI-service requests, usage counts and error or diagnostic logs.

3. Trading Activity

We do not intentionally collect or maintain information about what you trade, your trading decisions, your broker activity, your portfolio, your positions or your orders, except where technical information is necessarily contained in a chart or request you voluntarily submit to the software or where required by law.

4. Chart and Software Processing

When you upload a chart for Technical output, the chart may be transmitted through the software's service infrastructure and to the AI provider required to generate the requested Technical output. The AI provider may process the chart and related request data as necessary to generate the requested Technical output.

5. Purchase and Payment Processing

When you purchase the software through the website, we may receive information such as your full name, email address, phone number, selected plan, order information and payment-related information needed to process and verify the transaction. Razorpay processes payment information as part of the payment service. Our payment backend verifies the Razorpay payment before the order is treated as successfully paid. After successful verification, the Customer may receive access to a secure, time-limited software download link.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This static website is designed without mandatory analytics or advertising scripts. If analytics, advertising, contact forms or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
